By creating an account or using Listing Ops you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Listing Ops provides eBay product research, AI-assisted listing creation, and related seller tools. Some features are marked “Coming soon” and are not yet available.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to operate the eBay account you connect.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to violate eBay policies, infringe intellectual property (including VeRO-protected brands), or engage in unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. AI-generated content
Titles, descriptions, and market insights are generated automatically and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing. Market figures are estimates, not guarantees of sales or profit.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-party services
Use of the eBay API is subject to eBay’s terms. We are not affiliated with eBay, Amazon, Walmart, AliExpress, Alibaba, or CJ Dropshipping.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, account suspensions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact: legal@listingops.app.
